Can I speak to a Physio over the phone to see if my injury can be helped?
Sure. We are happy to discuss your condition prior to being assessed without any obligation. Phone or email us to set up a call.
What are the clinic opening times?
Appointments are available from 7.30am – 7pm Monday to Friday.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
The clinic operates a 24 hour cancellation policy, you will be charged the full cost of your treatment for any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If your appointment is on a Monday then you must notify us on the Friday to avoid incurring cancellation charges.
What should I wear to my appointment?
We recommend you bring comfortable clothing to change into so we can assess your movement easily. If you forget, don’t worry as we have shorts at the clinic that you can borrow.
Where should I park?
Parking is free and there are plenty of off street spaces at the clinic.
Are You Registered With ACC?
Yes. ACC may cover part of your treatment costs. You can register your injury for ACC cover here at the clinic by filling out the necessary form.

How can I pay?
We accept payment by eftpos and cash. We are unable to accept credit card's
What happens when I arrive for my appointment?
At your initial assessment we ask that you arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment to complete the registration process.
Please try and arrive on time. If you are late for your appointment then the appointment time may be cut short so as not to inconvenience the person after you. You will still be charged the full cost of your appointment.
